Flipped Room Deposit Discrepancy

Anyone shuffle existing ressies around over the last couple of days & have problems with "updated" res. online?

My res. #, dates & rate are correct but DP amount & total due @ check-in is wrong.

Called CRO & they told me it could take a week or so to reflect the correct info, no big deal???

My original deposit (which they said they applied to new reservation number) was almost $100 more. The current online info is reflecting what a "normal" 1 night deposit would be.

Should I be concerned or just wait for written confirmation to arrive?
 
I've heard several people reporting this and quite a few who did shuffling last year who said this is not unusual. if CRO is confirming that your info is correct on their end I would trust them, and if it is not updated within the next few days just double check.
 
thanks...just worried room will disappear in the sudden flurry of activity w/new codes.

if you have a written confirm, I assume they must make "good" on it when you arrive if there are any overbookings, etc. via an upgrade or alternative accommodations?
