Flip side of rude CM's - Rude guests!

Many years ago, a comedian, can't remember her name, had a part in her act about ladies working at the cosmetic counter. These ladies always say things like, "One moment, Ma'am", "I am with another customer, Ma'am". Ma'am means B---H. When someone is rude to me, I always remember this and use it. Even just to say, "yes, ma'am" or "no, ma'am".

Oh, and always kill them with a smile!

I guess these are my suggestions for CM's and how to handle rude guests.

If any CM's read this thread, we were there the week of July 4th and had a great time and don't really remember any rude CM's. I think all of the work you do is wonderful!

I have no problem defending a CM when a rude guest comes along and will make sure that the guest is set in his or her place. These people deal with enough and don't need spoiled brats bugging them while they are trying to work.

Must be the Jerzy gurl in me....teehee!

I have seen just as many blacks, hispanics, and so forth have that privledged, well-fed arrogant attitude your talking about down there - and I find you your comment about "caucasian people" racist.

I rarely see rude cast members but this last trip I noticed most of the rude ones were bus drivers. My parents just got back and had the same experience.

2 years ago while staying at the AKL, my wife and I went for a late dip in the spa. Well we never got in the water because there was a condom floating around in it.

P.S. it was not inside the package..yuck

November 2003 on our honeymoon, we were at MK waiting for Septromagic, and DH decided to get ice cream. After my DH waited patiently and got his ice cream, DH was walking back to our spot when this guy purposely kept on blocking DH's way to pass him. Ice cream is dripping all over his hands, and this guy thought it was great to continue to block DH's way so he couldn't get by. The guy was even laughing. My DH almost threw the ice cream on the guy, but the guy realized what DH was planning on doing and moved out of the way before my DH had the chance to dump ice cream on him. I know some of you think tha two wrongs don't make a right, but not saying anything or just quietly walking away just only encourages that behavior; if you're going ot act like a jerk expect to be treated like one.
