I have some well-worn Reef flip flops that I've had for about 2 years. I wear them nearly every day in the summer. Do you think I culd I wear them during a park visit at least part of the time? We leave in 7 days :-)

i wear flip flops all summer long (as soon as it is warm enough they are on) and I walk around all the parks in them. I know that many people can't do flip flops for that much walking, but I have never had an issue.

Woohoo! I'm the same way but everything I read is sneakers sneaker sneakers. We are going to Epcot for our first lark, so I think that will be a good test :-)

I wear flip flops all the time but I can't wear them in the parks. If I'm walking at a leisurely pace it's fine but I walk too fast going from one ride to the next so I get blisters.

I have tried, Crocs, sneakers (about 20 different types of socks) and flip flops in the parks and the only thing that did not give me blisters were my Reef flip flops. :)

I've only worn flip-flops every day. When it's hot, putting on shoes and socks makes me broil. Even with Plantars Faciitis, I just wear my orthoheel flips-flops. I always bring my sneakers and my Crocs, but stay with flip.flops. One time I wore my Crocs and it poured down rain. Crocs got wet and I got blisters.

I love my Reefs and Tevas!! You should be good to go! Just something I do to help with my feet is wear flip flops 2 or 3 days then one day of sneakers then back to flip flops.. It seems to work for me! Have fun:)

Most Reefs have enough 'structure' to them that you can do quite a bit of walking vs. a lot of other flip flops. Having said that, I agree that switching them out every 2nd or 3rd day for something else is a good preventive against blisters.

I brought my Reefs a few weeks ago and ended up only wearing them in the hotel and around the resort, but mostly because it was a bit chilly in the mornings when we would head out for the parks and I wanted something with socks!

I wear flip flops pretty much every day so I am bringing them and plan on wearing them the majority of the time. I wear good, Yellow Box, flip flops and they have great support.

U betcha!;)

It's good to switch off between types if shoes and let your toesies breathe:love:

I have Reef flip flops that are well over 2 years old which I wore every day at Disney in October and had no problems at all. You should be just fine :thumbsup2

I wear reefs all the time at the parks. I must admit though, the older I get, the rougher it is. Today will probably be the last time I do it, LOL.

I wore my Nike flip flops in the parks last September. There were times that I wore them all day and other times when I would switch out with my gym shoes for half a day.

I wear my Rainbows in the parks fairly regularly with no issues. Most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned :)

If you are used to wearing flip flops by all means wear them. On my last trip we walked 9-10 mile days for 7 days. 5-6 of those days I wore my flip flops and had less problems with them then I did with my 200.00 sneakers.

I love my Reef flip flops. My issue with wearing them in the parks is that when my feet get stepped on or rolled over I have no protection and I have boney feet plus a bone spur so it can be very painful when that happens. Other than that they are so comfy.

Another vote for wearing your Reefs! I agree with the poster who recommends bringing along sneakers, too, and switching it up after a couple of days.

i wear flipflops all summer long too, but when you walk around a park all day your feet are going to kill you.i would suggest to wear sneakers but try the flipflops for a day or two first and switch if you want to to sneakers.
