flip flops at Artist Point?

Yes, another question about attire at Artist Point from me again.....

I have my outfit picked out... nice top with kahki shorts... could I pull off wearing "nice" flip flops? (white with little rhinestones on)

Some people said no flip flops were allowed, but several folks had the list of non permitted items, and I didn't see them listed....

I really don't want to wear my tennis shoes there, and the flip flops are an easy fit in my back pack!

I have worn flip flops with nice capris to every signature, including this one. You'll be fine. No flip flops kind of goes along with the bathing suits. It does not mean you can't wear them with your nice shorts.

I've worn leather flip flops w/ gold sequins and a dress to Artist Point before, and it was perfectly fine. Like Pakey said, the "no flip flops" rule means more like those shower shoes or pool shoes type flip flops.

I think what it means no rubber flip flops if you know what I mean. If nice then you are okay. Some sandals I seen look like flip flops

Flip flops = rubber/plastic beach sandals

Sandals with a "thong" are fine. I have a pair of those Swarovski sandals with a kitten heel and they are definitely dressy!

Your outfit sounds fine.

P.S. I LOVE Artist Point. I almost got engaged there. Great food!

1) Don't worry about flip flops.
2) WDW has not enforced a dress code in quite some time.
3) It says "business casual", but no one gets turned away!

NOTE: Since the new motto went into effect, managers are afraid to enforce anything but the most egregious rules. The mantra is "Every guest should have their best WDW vacation ever!". If managers get complaints about enforcing certain rules, it goes against their performance reviews.
