Could anyone tell me which companys to look at for direct flights to orlando please.
Thanks Emma

Hi Emma

We always have flown to Orlando on BA. Mainly because my DH has executive club due to work.
We find the service excellent we have a 5 yr DD and they always let little ones board first etc, food is good and films are normally good too.
Good luck :thumbsup2

Depends where you are flying from. Manchester direct only direct flights to MCO with flexibilty are Virgin. If you are looking for a 2 weeks Sanford flight then theres, TCD (Travel City Direct) along with all the usual companies like Mytravel/Airtours, Tompsons, First Choice etc.
If you can get to Glasgow you have the option of low cost carrier Flyglobespan.
London its BA and Virgin the main two Scheduled carriers.

We had problems with BA so prefer Virgin. Window at side of me leaked and crew could not care less about it.

Sarah, boarding first would be my worst nightmare. you have to sit another 20-30 mins longer than you need to :rotfl: We are always the last on.

It depends on when you want to go, where you want to fly from and how much you want to pay.

Year round there are direct scheduled flights to Orlando from BA at Gatwick and Virgin at Gatwick and Manchester. I think also now Glasgow?

During the peak season, you can then add a few charter airlines, such as Thomson, Monarch, TCD, First choice etc from a variety of airports.

We will be wanting to go from manchester and are looking at going at october time my dad just asked me to look at prices for him thanks for all the replys as i have not done this before.

Oct is our fav time to go, good weather low crowds cheapish prices. Mickeys Halloween.
Try Virgin flight only but also we have had really good deals Virgin packages in Oct. I remember about 3 years ago flight only for 3 of us they wanted £2,100. Same flights but in a package incl 3 weeks hotel cost £1,600.
Good luck.

Emma,
this site
http://www.flightmapping.com/UK/Manchester/airport-flights-long-haul.html

will give you a list of airlines flying direct from Manchester.

Looks like Virgin for Scheduled
First Choice, My Travel, Thomsonfly, Travel Chavs Direct
You can look at their individual sites for pricing. People either go for Fly drive or book the two items, flight and car hire separate.

the web site for these airlines are:

Virgin: http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/en/gb/index.jsp

First Choice: http://www.firstchoice.co.uk/flights/index.cfm?startover=87450

My Travel: http://www.mytravellite.com/AniteNextPage.asp?p=SPECIFICPROMOTION_68638

Thomsonfly:http://www.thomsonfly.com/en/index.html

TCD: http://www.travelcitydirect.com/

I hope that helps

Hi Emma,
not too sure why you are having problems, as I can bring up the main page without any problem (checked it was not cached and it still came up)

If you want i can check for you.
The seat sale page is showing October to orlando from £419 (classed as peak time)
