Flights for Alaska Cruise Question

We did Seattle then Quick Shuttle.....It was a very long day.
6 hour flight, then 7 hours on the bus.....yuck.
We came in from Ft Lauderdale

It was all the stops that Quick Shuttle had to make plus traffic.
Next time I will get my chicken self on an Alaska air flight from Seattle to Vancouver, small plane or not.

That is INSANE. Its about 3 hours to drive usually. OP if you want to take a shuttle may I recommend the Bolt bus? Its pretty cheap, doesn't make a bunch of stops (think only Bellingham on the way up) and has free wifi.

We are looking at the trains too. The concern is the party is going to be large, there could be 11-15 of us.

You can make the Amtrak reservations ahead of time - you just can't request certain seats until you are in the station. But the reservation will guaranty you seats.

Quick Shuttle also offers wifi. Bolt is cheaper because it excludes transfers to the bus terminal.

In my research there were reserved seats available in coach for a small fee. However, if you want business class you can't reserve your seat.

There's another benefit to business class Northbound into Vancouver.... you are the first to be screened by customs.

Coach class is screened last as you wait outside in the sun for up to 30 minutes.... without a bathroom.
