Flights before or after October half term?

Hi, I booked through wdtc last April for 20th October 2015 - 3rd November 2015. I didn't add flight at the time because they were unavailable. I have usually paid around £2200 for Florida flights (2A 2C)but ever since these dates were released they've been over £3000. In the end I've booked indirect from Birmingham for just over £2000 for a family of 4. It looks like the end of October really pushes the price up.

I was hoping that MVMCP would start earlier, so we could go. Im sure in previous years it did?

We went last year 23rd Oct which Inc half term, Thomas Cook came out cheapest, if you look on line at the prices in January they have a sale. We (2 adults and 1 child) stayed at AoA for £2900. We are planning on returning 2017 (or 2016 if I have my way!) And will definitely go with TC again
