Is it just me or have flight seasons changed?
October fares to the US used to be very cheap and now it's...not!
Am I just looking too early?
I think maybe they've figured out that everybody now travels in October LOL but then how can they be $900 odd cheaper at the expo? Rude!
If I come across anything i'll let you know mickeyd, we're looking at flying out on 16th Oct and returning 8 Nov.
Heading to LA, cruising down the coast to Mexico then onto DL (with a Vegas sidetrip LOL)
I know i'm wishing the year away but I just want it to get here!
I have been keeping an eye on flights for our November trip and they are ridiculous! I really hope they will get cheaper later in the year but I am nervous about leaving it too late. Hopefully in April/May they are a better price and I can buy ours then.
We are going to WDW then flying to Washington catching the train to NY then flying home from there. At the moment on BestFlights it is showing $2300 pp for my configuration including extra stops and long lay overs!
As soon as someone on here sees a good deal we will all be jumping on board![]()
We have had return flights to LAX with V before $424 going over $448 coming back, return, under $1000 return, that was 4 days out, in December!
It's all a gamble[/QUOTE
There in lies the rub - I am very risk adverse!
if United Airlines is an option for you, try unitedairlines.com.au and use their multi-city booking. If you stick to the one airline it makes it sooooooo much easier if something does go wrong if you miss a connection etc and no concerns about being charged for luggage for US domestic flights. We are going to WDW then flying to Washington catching the train to NY then flying home from there. UA is definitely an option for us, I am a cheapest wins girl (flying is neither here no there for me so I would rather keep the $$ for shopping!)
