Typically, these days, airlines seldom mail out a paper copy of a ticket. Instead they issue electronic tickets. Basically, you show up to the airport an hour or so before your flight and check in at the desk with proper ID. At that time, you will be given your boarding passes.
Typically, you won't get a seat number in advance unless you chose to pay for the option of choosing your seat.
As long as you have your flight number and departure time, you're all set. Typically, they will send you an e-mail with confirmation of that info. Did you get that?
