Yes. We had an 11:50am flight after our Fantasy cruise a week ago, and even stayed for late seating breakfast with no problem at all. Were bored spending over an hour hanging out at all of the airport gift shops near our gate before boarding began for our return flight.

If the shuttle you're taking is a DCL transfer & you're not flying Southwest Airlines, I recommend using Onboard Airline Check-In to speed things up at the airport.

If you're doing a non-DCL shuttle & checking yourself & your bags in at the airport, then I recommend leaving the ship shortly after it opens up, just to give yourself plenty of time.

But either way I wouldn't hesitate to book an 11:55am flight out. That's the ideal time IMO.

It should be okay. I hit MCO with a HUGE (90+ minute) backup at security and barely made a 12:35 pm flight, walked right on from security.
Disney has alternately said no flights before 12:30 and then Noon for years. Just me, nothing before 1 pm in the future.

Happy to see this. I just booked our 11:55 flight home!

We travel pretty often so my husband and I bit the bullet and signed up for the TSA precheck program. It is $85 for five years but this way we are guaranteed TSA precheck for flights which usually means much shorter security lines (and you go through the lines quicker because you don't have to take out laptops, take off shoes, take out your bag of toiletries).

I figured out if I travel 20 times in the next five years the cost per trip for TSA precheck is only $4.25....worth it to me for more convenience.
