I hope this is in the right place. I have a question about a booking. I did with a Southwest flight credit prior to March 18, 2025. I now find I have to cancel the flight. Will my flight credit be returned to unlimited use time or will I be required now to use it within six months to a year? TIA

Pretty sure it will go back to the original non-expiring credit that it tied to the previous flight confirmation number.

.

If the booking was made before 5/25/25, a cancellation should be a non expiring travel fund. If the booking was made after 5/25, it's going to have an expiration of either 6 months or 12 months depending on class booked. You may have to call and fight for the non-expiring credit if it's due to you.
