Flight Change....grrrrr

This is close to the flight time we usually aim for. We usually check in and head to a park until our room is ready, then go back to the room, go for a swim, have an early dinner and early to bed. We really like being checked into the resort by lunch time. Although we get tired early that evening, it's a relief to just be there. I hope it works out well for you. :goodvibes

This is exactly what we do. We always book the super early flight. Sounds painfully early to be getting up, but somehow it feels much better when the alarm goes off and you know it's for Disney. :goodvibes
We get to our resort, have lunch there then head to MK. We spend the afternoon into early evening there, have dinner a CHH, then head back to the room for an early night to bed.

So funny to see this thread, I almost started one myself. Delta must have recently had a huge schedule change. 2 days ago I discovered that Delta changed my flight so that my "connecting" flight LEAVES 4 hours before I reach the connecting city. For those playing along at home - that's not possible. They also did not alert me to this change whatsoever. I only discovered it because I was booking travel from the airport to Universal. There are no longer any options that get me to Orlando before midnight. I was supposed to arrive at 5. I got a refund, but I'll probably never mess with delta again.

Delta did the same to us - changed our connecting flight to one that departed about 30 minutes before the 1st leg of our flight arrived in the connecting city. I noticed it when checking our itinerary online - no notification of the change from Delta. When I called Delta to ask how this was supposed to work, the Delta agent was surprised the computer even allowed this. We were able to change our flights at no charge.

That stinks, I'm sorry you have to deal with this headache. One of our flights was changed too and when I called to try and get something better the first rep told me it would be an extra $200 per person. Called back and the next rep helped me no problem, even got us a better return flight. Hopefully things work out for you.

Delta just changed us to a connecting flight that leaves Atlanta at 9:40am when our flight TO Atlanta doesn't depart Orlando until 11:30am. So, our connecting flight takes off about 2 hours before our departing flight even leaves Orlando. I didn't get any notice of the change either. I just checked on it because I know how they tend to change things.

This is the reason why we won't fly anything but jet blue. delta & United are the worst. This Never ever happened b4 with numerous JetBlue flights
But happened on our last 3 non jet blue flights....

I feel all your pain ,to all that have gotten scr$&#*d over.
