After I booked our flight, they sent me an email several weeks later saying that our departure and arrival times have changed some. We are using DME, do I need to contact WDW and let them know or will they know automatically?
If the change for the trip to Disney is just a few hours (but the same day) it is not necessary to contact Magical Express.
It is better to hold off on adjusting the trip back home until after you get there. You can let them know of changes when you get to the welcoming area, or you can do that at the resort, with morning of the day before check out day being the normal deadline.
