I probably should be posting this on the TUG board but hoping someone here could give me the info. I know their are lots of Tuggers who check in here 
I've done flexchange through II before but I've always done it well inside the 60 day window. This time I'm traveling peak season (Spring break) and want to book ASAP.
I want my check in date to be 3/31. What is the earliest I can book to have it fall under Flex? Do they count the 60 back from the last day of vacation or check-in? Do they count the day you are actually booking (the 60th in advance). I emailed II but they haven't responded and I called and the person I got didn't speak english very well and wasn't getting what I was saying.
I want to book, but I want to be sure I'm within the window.
