I have American fidility Flex acct.
My question is ....
I bought dd's rx liquid antibotic meds at Wal greens. I added flavoring for
2.99. On the rx paper it has meds and cost but only on the actual store it has the cost of the antibotic and the cost of the flavoring listed seperated.It doesn t have the name but has FSA # of flavoring and fsa RX # but no name for the meds and Both qualify for fsa. I usually turn in the info thats on the actual meds paper that gives the info and directions. So can I just turn in the store reciept even though it doesnt have the meds name on it or will the RX # tell them what meds it is?
