Flea Market Find!!

My DH and I were strolling through a local flea market recently and came upon these two large wall hangings. Caught our attention immediately. When we asked the price the guy shrugged and said "$10 for both." I nearly fainted at that price. We happily paid him and ran home to display them! Absolutely are in love with them. They are framed with a glass covering....the inside is a 3D effect....very cool. I had never come across something like this before....can anyone please tell me if you know when and where they were sold?? And the original cost?THANKS!!

Curious, are they animation cells set over a background or embossed printed plastic? If they're cells then you got a great deal! If plastic then I think you still got a deal but not as great.

I got a great deal absolutely!! The purpose of my post, however, was not to ask if I got a great deal, but to find out where they originated from and their original cost. Thanks for your help!
