Flat Iron Thermal Spray

We use Design Line's Get It Pressed from the hairdresser. All other sprays were so oily, but this one isn't.

I use Matrix/ Biolage Cera Heat serum. It's been the best out of all that I've tried. A little goes a long way. Good luck!

Tresemse makes a good one for when you are touching up but I actually prefer the clear serum that Redkin makes. It's silky and really adds shine to your hair.

Chi makes a great one and it smells amazing.

My dd is 18 and she needed a new flat iron so I got her the Chi for Christmas.
I also got the Chi shampoo/conditioner/hair spray and the spray for her hair before she flat irons it. She has commented to me more than once she really sees and feels a difference in her hair when she uses all at once and even when she just uses the spray. I always know when she has used it since I can smell it when I walk up my stairs. It smells wonderful.

Where are you buying the Chi spray or the Redkin?

I purchase the Chi at Essentials in our Mall. I am not sure if you can get at CVS or not but this place Essentials sells them. I think Redkin is in our CVS but never looked for the Chi there. Will look next time I go.

Everytime I use the Chi one it makes my hair crunchy, what am I doing wrong?

Queen is right...Most salons sell Redkin products. I have noticed a more and more dropping Chi though.

I find their styling products to be great, but I had really bad experience with their irons and their customer service.

I have a Solia flat iron and I love it. I have had mine for about 4 years now and have had NO issues.PLUS...They are coming down in price! I paid $150 for mine and now they are around $80/$90! I was going through a Chi at least once a year, if not more.(cord issues)

I buy my products from folica.com or Amazon.

Maybe you are setting it too hot for your hair type. Is it completely dry and are you putting product in it first? A lot of styling aids will make it crunchy when they are heated.

I use my thermal spray on clean, dry hair and then straighten. If for some reason, my hair seems dryer than normal I might run a little Moroccan oil through it as well.

Target sells Chi, that is what I use. I don't think its exceptional, but it works.

Try the Moroccan oil. The REAL stuff...Not the Sally's stuff.(I know, I have both:laughing:)

It protects your hair and makes it all soft and silky. You can use it as a styling aid or like a hot oil treatment. I use it was both.

Yes my hair is completely dry. I shower at night and dry my hair, then in the morning I use the Flat Iron. I am going to go get some Moroccan oil. Thanks. :goodvibes
