Kelly & I participated in it. We got to the parking structure @ Gardenwalk, and I told Kelly to just follow the young people. Sure enough, we followed a group of youngsters and ended up on the top floor of the structure. They had already formed a long line, and we got in the end of it. We're about 4:20 into the video I've linked, which is the practice in the parking garage. The video also shows part of the people in the freeze, but no one got down to where we were, which was over by Jamba Juice.

After the instructions, we went over to Downtown Disney. Kelly & I went to the Mickey & Friends parking structure. By the time we got to DtD we had less than 10 minutes til 4pm. Nancy (YellowMickeyPonchos) & family ran into us at Jamba Juice & then Kelly & I got ready for our part.
The freeze itself went by really quickly. It was funny hearing people ask why people were frozen, but I didn't really notice much since I was "taking a picture of Kelly" and was looking through my camera at her.
Nancy took this pic
After the freeze, we went to the new D-Street store & Nancy met us there. We shopped some, and I bought myself some Tink earrings & bracelet for my birthday. My 50th isn't until March, but I wanted to take advantage of the current 20% disocunt. Afterwards we said goodbye, then Kelly & I had a bite @ Tortilla Joes, then relaxed at Grand Californian lobby giant fireplace,
then saw Sherlock Holmes. Fun afternoon & evening.
