Flamingo Inn?? Is it OK??

Were going Fathers day week and I am getting a quote of $35 a night at the Flamingo Inn????
We will be staying POR for our Disney days and will bookend our trip with stays at a cheaper hotel, anyone got any insight if the Flamingo inn is decent??
