Disney could collect fees but these hotels would likely charge more so what would be the lure for the traveler? I'd rather stay at the Marriott around the corner than pay more (it is a Disney project after all) at a Marriott at this place. At least until I hear that there will be something more.

When a room at Marriott is 50% the price of a room at the contemporary... And even that room is up charged %25...
