Flame Tree BBQ

Is the BBQ at Flame Tree authentic BBQ, i.e. low and slow cooked, or is it boiled and grilled?

Having tasted different BBQ, I'd say the stuff served at the Flame Tree is the quick version. It's also a wet sauce, not a dry rub. I doubt they have a slow smoker there to prep the ribs. It just doesn't taste like it to me.

Not sure but the pork sandwich was out of this world!
