We used them for our transportation from MCO to the Wilderness Lodge. Both drivers we had were courteous, prompt, friendly and efficient. Both vehicles we rode in........a town car and a van, were very nice. Both drivers brought a car seat for my son as requested. The price was good, they picked us up after a delayed landing, and right on time for the return trip.......getting us to the airport in plenty of time.
Two things to be aware of that we didn't know: request a van if you have a lot of luggage.........they had brought a town car to pick us up and we could barely fit us and our bags in.........when they came to get us to take us back to the airport, they sent a van, and it accommodated everybody easily, plus had a video for the kids, and also be aware that if your flight is late, they will not be able to give you your grocery stop. We were unaware of this and hadn't packed enough diapers for our 2 year old for more than a couple of days........so had a problem finding the right size diapers at the hotel. It all worked out, but if I had known this was a possibility, I might've packed them instead of relying on a grocery trip. It makes sense of course........they have other scheduled pick-ups to make.......but I just didn't think about it.
