Fl. Tours report!

Just wanted to give a report from our trip. the second week of July! I booked with Fl. Tours online and received a confirmation e-mail quite soon after. I was a little concerned about not having "vocal" interaction with someone, but decided to try it. Brian, our driver was waiting at the bottom of the escalator for us, with his sign with our two sons names, they were quite surprised! We retrieved our bags and walked out to the car and the boys were shocked! I had requested a stretch Limo as a surprise, and it was(for my wife also)! Brian had cold drinks waiting for us and we were on our way. We were called by Andy the day before our departure and confirmed times. Brian was at the Boardwalk promptly, and we left for the airport. Sorry it`s a tad long, but I was very nervous about which company to use, especially with the Limo. We will use Fl. Tours on our future visits without hesitation! Thanks to Andy and Brian!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your report. We will be using FL tours for the first time, besides it being the first time we have ever used any towncar type of service. Besides the confirmation E-mail did you receive any other verification before you left home?
I don't remember if I specified any particular name to put on the meet & greet sign when we arrive. There will be five of us and I listed the last flight coming in as to when we would like to be picked up.
When there has been a change I e-mailed them and heard from Andy within 24 hours.
So I hope we will be met as scheduled. The time is coming up in about 2 weeks. We appreciate good reviews about the company since we have not done this before.

If you would like something on the sign, I would reply to their confirmation e-mail and it should be noted, that is how I changed something in our res. I can`t say how everyones service has been, but ours could not have been any better! Also, there were no other confirmations other than the original and one for the additional note sent. I was nervous about that, but with the internet, that is how much business is done now! Have fun!
