FL Tours - Incredible Service!

Hello Everyone,

I just had to let everyone know how pleased I am with FL Tours Transportation service.

My husband and I just came back from Orlando yesterday (4/11). About two months prior to departing I came across the FL Tours website and liked what I saw...no late pickup fees, online coupon, great rates and what's more - they don't need a credit card to hold your reservation! The online form is easy to use and I immediately recieved a confirmation e-mail. They also confirmed my reservation just before we departed our home in RI.

As soon as we entered the Orlando Aitport baggage area - there was our driver, John, holding a sign with our name. He helped with our bags and was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The car was immaculate (they wash it before every pick up!)

On our return trip to the airport, Andy was our driver. He too, was on-time and very friendly. Coming from New England, my husband and I aren't necessarily used to such great service and attitudes.

We just returned from a 12 day vacation during which all our transportation was provided by FL Tours.

Andy met us at the airport, took us to The Radisson by the port in Coco Beach. Picked us up from the cruise ship and took us to the Dolphin, then from the Dolphin back to the airport.

Always on time, Always friendly and helpful - it was a great trip - Thanks Andy!

Thanks for the review! Do you know if FL Tours takes traveller's checks? I read in the FAQ that they don't take credit cards... I don't like carrying lots of cash, especially at the airport.

We used them for our trip last Sept and were very happy with the service. We plan on using them anytime were noy renting a car.

This is great to hear. We just made a reservation with them for Mid-May to be picked up in Tampa and then returned after WDW to Orlando airport. They seemed very accomodating to what we wanted. I can't wait now.
