We will be in line at the security tables an hour before opening. It's a Friday, during the first week of Grad Nites for this year (but I don't expect Grad Nites to affect early morning...I hope).

We have a typical routine for non-MM FL mornings, but we don't always do every single ride in that area and also this time Matterhorn will be closed, so my normal routine needs an adjustment. I just wanted to check what you guys thought was the MOST time efficient order to do these rides:

PP
DUMBO
ALICE
CAROUSEL
TOAD
TEACUPS
STORYBOOKLAND
CASEYJR
PINOCCHIO
SNOW WHITE

Thank you!!!

I think i'd consider putting tea cups and caousel at the end. Those lines move pretty fast even during busy times so i wouldn't want to "waste" morning time on them :-)

for the rides you have listed, here is the order I'd recommend:
PP
dumbo
Alice
toad
Storybook canal boats
Pinocchio
Snow White
Casey Jr. (i'm not sure about this one--i remember my kid getting on pretty quick though during the afternoon)
Mad Tea cups
carousel

I agree with dlinne, although I might switch Mr. Toad and Storybookland. Storybook can get a line pretty quickly, although I think it depends on the day. Otherwise, I agree completely with that plan.

Generally when we are at DL it is high season and DL opens at 8AM. On such days I do believe StorybookLand does not open until one hour later - 9AM. Not sure what happens when DL opens at 9AM or 10AM.

Bottom line for you is of SBLCB does not open for an hour you can move that towards the bottom of your list.

Thanks a bunch, everyone!

HG, thanks for that bit of info about StorybookLand!

I've got most of that day planned out now. Tentatively, anyway. As someone else mentioned, Casey Jr. seems to have really reasonable lines in the late afternoon (and that also happens to be my favorite time to ride it...), so I think we're going to do:

PP
Dumbo
Toad
Alice...

And then, instead of wasting any of that premium morning time on FL rides that will likely have reasonable waits later on in the day (thanks, Dlinne!), we'll then send a runner to DCA for Soarin' FP's and then the rest of us will head over to Splash for FP's before doing the rides in CC, NOS, AL, + BTMRR, and then grabbing Indy FP's as soon as our Splash FP's are active.

We'll then spend several hours over at DCA, before coming back to DL later to use those Indy FP's that we grabbed before leaving earlier, and to get a spot for fireworks.

It's going to be probably the craziest day of our entire trip. Bring it on! lol! :rotfl:

We have 4 days in the parks the following week, so I'll find places to fit in those other FL rides during those days. (I have to really take advantage of that Friday because we won't be getting any MM's and that Friday is one of the ONLY non-MM days of our entire trip).

and then grabbing Indy FP's as soon as our Splash FP's are active.

Remember you don't have to wait until the window opens. Only two hours later if that is faster than the window.
