FL Resident Ticket Question

We are going to Universal in October and I have a question about Florida resident tickets. My in-laws are Fl residents and are going with us to Universal. Are they able to purchase the 2 Park/2 Park FL resident tickets for us (we live in Georgia) from the Universal website. Are they vouchers? Will we be able to use them if they are there with us? Yes, they can purchase them for you. They can choose the print-at-home or the kiosk pick up. They will need to be with you if they choose the kiosk pickup becuase to use the kiosk you have to scan the credit card used on the order. For print-at-home, you won't need anything as you will already have your tickets. It is perfectly Ok for Florida residents to purchase tickets for friends and family who are not residents.
