Can anyone tell me what the average FL resident rates for September are? I know they are not available yet...but maybe someone has stayed around this tie before???

Usually they end up being the same as the APH rate everytime I book for me and my family. My parents are FL Residents and we have an AP so I am always getting 1 room under each rate, usually. The funny thing is right now if you put in those codes the rates are higher than if you don't use a promotion code...:confused3 I used the middle of september to look at the dates since we might be coming back down in Florida around that time again.

I noticed that! I was trying to guess how much an AP would save us if we bought just one for my husband but the rates are all either higher or so close to the same that it saves us nothing.

Is the AP discount usually good?

Usually we save a good amount. For June we are paying 159 a night for 5 nights and the rack was 224 and stay more rate was 179 at the time. Now you can't gat a room for less than 209 a thay is Sun-Thurs night. :)

If you plan on staying 1 or 2 nights you save more usually, before rooms book up, necause there are no min stay for the rate. ;)
