FL resident discounts?

Last January, we sailed on the Wonder on a 3-night. We got a great rate as Florida residents. We just called DCL to start looking into this January and no Florida discounts are out yet.

Does anyone know when those types of discounts are announced? What is the lead time?

Florida Resident Rates usually come out two to three months prior to sailings.
