Fixed price menus?

I see on All Ears Net several restaurants with listings for price fixed menus (specifically Artist Point and Bistro de Paris). I am wondering whether these are always offered, or if it is seasonal. Anyone know? THanks!

I know Chef's has one at lunch and dinner. There is one for luch at Coral Reef. I think Le Cellier has one but it does not show on AEN. In each instance it is a fixed meal with no substitutions unless, as Coral Reef, a choice is indicated.
