Our son is tall enough to go on Goofy's Barnstormer but I'm wondering if we'll fit in the seat. My husband will ride with him. I'm a size 22 and hubby's tushy is a little smaller but he's 6'2. Will the 2 of them fit? I tried looking at the pictures of the seats on allears but couldn't tell.

When are you going? I believe the Barnstormer will be closed soon if it isn't already. They're doing heavy construction in that part of the park.

As I recall I fit in the Barnstormer ride vehicles okay with one of my children. I'm tall (over 6 feet) and broad-shouldered. The waist on my jeans is 40 or 42" depending on brand. Does that help?

We're going Nov. 29-Dec 4.I know it might be closed when we go but I'm hoping it will be open...

We were there three weeks ago and all of toon town was still open (Barnstormer is a must ride for us). I'm a size 18 and there was plenty of room for my DS and I. I think you'll be OK.

Hubby and DD fit on it as well as me and DD ~ I am sure you will be fine!

It helps that the kiddos take up very little room!

We've ridden this with our daughter many times and we let her choose which one of us she wants to sit with. We have no trouble fitting in with her regardless of whether she chooses me (5'5" and average-ish size) or my husband (6'6" and broad). And I have proof! When she chooses to ride with her dad, I usually sit in front of them and turn around to get some pictures. Here she is sharing a seat with her tall, broadly-built dad:

My husband says he has to turn a little bit in the seat and fold his legs in a little, but it's doable and he isn't miserable for the whole ride or anything like that.

You will have no problems. I wear a bigger size than you, and DD and I fit just fine when she was 10.

I'm glad the OP asked this question. I'm a 22 as well and even when I was a wee thinner, I was always so afraid of the humiliation of not fitting in I never went on nor tried.

@Kathyell- GREAT PHOTO! :goodvibes

You mean he can go the whole 35 seconds without being miserable?;)
That picture is perfect. I too have to sit at a slant, but at 6'2 and 280 I fit well enough to enjoy it and hope to ride with my great nephew in 4 weeks.

Looks like you will be all set! We usually go on rides the three of us (My wife, son, and myself) So I end up in the back or front of them...

SHHH!!!! Don't tell anyone, but.... I am size 30-32 / 5'6 and 300# and I have rode Barnstomer several times with children ages 2-8. Y'all will fit, have fun!!
