It's my DH's 40th next year, and I am thinking of planning a suprise trip to WDW in Aug '05. Does anybody know if the FITS tickets will be available next year? We have used them before and they proved to be excellent value, so I'm hoping they will be available for our next trip.

TIA, Catherine

Hi Catherine

We have just got out FITS tickets and at the moment they are only valid until 29th April 2005.

Thanks Shell! Hopefully they will be continued next year! :teeth:

I emailed Rosa at Paramount travel about whether the FITS tickets will be available for dates after next April, and she didn't know. So, it's a case of wait and see.

Thanks Tim. I guess I will just have to wait and see.

Fun in the Sun is a multi-day pass, so it includes access to the Disney transportation system.

The 30-Day Fun in the Sun pass is promoted by Disney only in certain countries, including Germany, The Netherlands and Australia. You can purchase the Fun in the Sun pass at major travel agencies in those countries. I'm told it is not intended for sale in North America, but there are outlets selling it to US and Canadian residents.

They aren't generally available in the UK, so you need to buy them from a select few travel agents. One of which is Paramount Travel.

Just a quick post to say that we had a very nervous wait to find out if we could buy them for this year because they don't say whether they will be selling them again until the current batch of passes have almost expired. We got ours a couple of months ago but poor Rosa must have been sick of my e mails enquiring whether they would be offered beyond April 2004!

Although Disney like to keep everyone guessing i think it is a pretty safe bet that they will release the tickets again and at almost the same price as a 10 day world ticket they are MUCH better value.

Regards
Mel

SNAP!!! :p

I mailed Rosa a lot between Jan 04 and when they released them.

She is very patient though, and I think these tickets are becoming a major $ earner for Disney in the European market. Having unlimited access means you spend more time on WDW property spending your $$.

I was nervous about this year's too, but as you know they were continued. You may have to wait until April 05 to find out, but I'd bet they are available for your trip.

Good Luck

Craig
