I did the Boot Camp on the Magic last year and it was a nice way to get a whole body workout and meet some new people! The excercises were pretty basic - what you'd see in a group strength class or with a trainer - but weight and intensity could be modified to suit each person. If offered, I will most likely do it again on the Fantasy in August. I show up to excercise more if I'm on a schedule and I've paid for a class!
