Fitness Center at GF

I'm going to be at Poly in December. I've walked by where the fitness center/spa is at GF before, but never gone in to check it out. For those of you who have been, how does it compare to the centers at AKL (both Jambo and Kidani) and the Boardwalk--I've been to these 3 before. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I need to make sure I keep up with my routines.
