Fitness at the resorts?

Do you need to pay to use the fitness center at the resorts? Or are they free to guests? We are staying at SSR and I would like to get in a few workouts. Thanks in advance

I believe if you are staying at a specific property, you can use the facilities at no cost for the length of your stay.

This is true for the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Just returned....nice fitness center!

My husband used the gym at the Boardwalk Inn and was pretty impressed with it.

For guests at SSR the gym is free. Spa treatments of course cost extra....
