I purchased the FitBit Zip two weeks ago and love it.

And I was curious about something.
Has anyone used a FitBit at Disney? If so, how many steps each day?

Thanks.

I used mine last October on DH's and my honeymoon. (I did forget the power cord so my actual Fitbit died before we got there, but since I also use a second pedometer that my company gave me, I still collected the data.) Over four park days I walked an average of about 20,500 steps per day. Longest was 27,461 at Epcot, shortest was 13,427 at DHS.

That is great.:cool1:

I have definitely worn mine at Disney! I'd have to look up my steps now, been a while ago. but I do remember one day it was 8 miles

I bought mine (the Zip) specifically for Disney because I was really curious about how many steps I would rack up!! I personally think the mileage is probably a little bit inflated, but still pretty impressive!

Day One: Epcot (this was a travel day and didn't get to the park until 1ish)
Steps: 21,909
Miles: 9.17

Day Two: Animal Kingdom and DTD
Steps: 24,118
Miles: 10.07

Day Three: DHS
Steps: 23, 248
Miles: 9.73

Day Four: Magic Kingdom
Steps: 27,919
Miles: 11.73

I wore mine on my solo trip in November. I averaged about 23,000 steps a day, which is about 10K more than I typically walk at home. :woohoo:

I've worn mine in Disney twice and averaged 16,000 steps/day. To contrast, at home I do about 5,000-7,000 on an average day and 10,000 on a good day (when I do my 2-mile walk around the lake, which doesn't happen as often as it should).

I have the flex......love it...average Disney steps a day are 20,0000.. Thos I did do 42408 steps the day of the princess half marathon
