Fit in February Exercise Challenge!

I'm having a really difficult time - making the time.

78 minutes today ... including 45 minutes of running with no walk breaks! (that's a first for me)

Thankfully, I got home before the snow (although there were a few flurries while I was out) ... it's starting to come down now. The snow just never stops ...

Took yesterday off because my body felt tired and when I woke up my legs felt like they do when I get off(I stand/walk all day there). Today back on track with 55 minutes of cardio.

Signed up to Jillian's website. I found lots of good recipes and other resources that will help staying on track. According to the site if I keep losing about 2 lbs a week I will hit my target weight of 140 a week before we will go to WDW in September, so that is some added motivation there as well.
 
Haven't been to the gym or yoga in over a week, instead I've been hanging out with Mother Nature and her never ending snow party! Adding more shoveling time.

Hoping to do an update for everyone tomorrow before the weekend hits. But it's also class valentines day party and I'm a homeroom mom this year so if I don't get to it, I promise to update on Monday!

We're closing in on the halfway mark. I for one am looking forward to spring and being about to go outside for a run without freezing!
 
took my gym bag to a meeting and headed straight to the gym on campus once it was over. I knew that if I went back to my office, I'd probably never get out again.

Catching up today. I'm sorry for the rough weather so many of you are dealing with. I have a 5k in the morning with DH and was picking out running clothes for 38 deg. Not nearly what all of you are dealing with.

Lisah if you can run the extra race without injury go for it. Half fanatics is a great group. I've run several races where I've known no one and wore my half fanatic shirt and found great support and encouragement.
