Took yesterday off because my body felt tired and when I woke up my legs felt like they do when I get off(I stand/walk all day there). Today back on track with 55 minutes of cardio.
Signed up to Jillian's website. I found lots of good recipes and other resources that will help staying on track. According to the site if I keep losing about 2 lbs a week I will hit my target weight of 140 a week before we will go to WDW in September, so that is some added motivation there as well.
