I didn't do to well the last couple of weeks as I was full of the flu and I can never be bothered eating healthy food (too much prep) when I'm ill. But on a good note I have not put on any weight.
I have started again about 5 days ago, but I have decided to really get into my exercise this week. I have no option but to lose weight anyway as I have bought my dress in a smaller size
I'm drinking all my water from now on, I promise and I will incorporate my fitness DVD's all the time. Let's see how I go.
Good to hear most of you are getting on really well, and for those that aren't, hang in there, you will reach your goal!
