Try drinking warm lemon water.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could get special for my DF DD's when we get married? They of course will be a part of the wedding, but I want to do something special for them. They will be 11 when we get married.
I had a dr's appt this morning, so what's up with their scale saying more than my scale at home... then again i was fully clothed with my boots on. we'll go with that.

Great job.I haven't been around all week, but I thought I would post that I have managed to go running twice this week and am going to the gym tonight! I am feeling much, MUCH happier! Hope you are all doing well!!!
Yum, that sounds like a great trip. I have to try this. What a wonderful thread, everyone so encouraging and nice. I need to join you ladies before my November DFTW. As I too am an asthmatic, motivation can be very difficult when I am huffing and puffing.
One of my favorite ways to dress a salad is to sprinkle a very small amount of kosher salt on chopped fresh tomato and then sprinkle with dry or fresh minced basil. Let it sit until it juices. Then dump it over your greens. Thinly sliced onion can be added to the macerating tomato and/or sliced kalamata olives. As I am allergic to peppers this acts as a fresh salsa for me.
Keep up the good work.
