I apologize in advance if this has been covered already or should be posted elsewhere.

I understand that you can rent a cane pole all day for $12.95 for some catch & release therapy.

My questions are:

• Are you allowed to C&R with your own equipment?
• Are there designated fishing spots/times?
• What type(s) of fish are in that area?

Yes, you can bring your own equipment.
You can fish everywhere except the Marina area.
You can catch bream, bass, catfish and crappie.

Thank you so much! My BF & Dad are so jazzed about this. TBH, I can't see why they'd rather catch & release @ the Fort than go play in the parks. What do I know? I'm just glad it makes 'em happy.
