Fish?

Can you have a little fish tank in the apartments. I have a two five gallon tanks, one with two beta fish in it and one with a brain damaged goldfish (poor thing!), and I'd like to bring them with me. I can't find whether or not it's allowed.

Oh. Thankfully my friend knows how to get my poor goldfish to eat, so he should be okay. My betas I know will be okay, they're easy to take care of.
