We always have fish n chips once during a WDW visit. This trip it works better with our plans to have it at Disney Springs.

There is quite a discussion on another thread about the fish quality and type of fish served at Epcot between Rose and Crown Pub and the Yorkshire County quick serve fish n chips. Is this the case at Raglan Road and Cookes?? We are not on DDP but I’d rather pay more for quality as we did earlier this year when we chose R&C as they served cod.

We did not find any significant difference between the F&C at Cookes and Raglan Road, except for the prices of course. I had the regular preparation and DW had the gluten free versions. Enjoyed both.

I was not a fan of the Cooks of Dublin. Never had them at Raglan Road though. But just was not a fan of Dublin. I may give it another chance.

Not sure either about the comparison of F&C, but prefer Raglan Road overall. Love the traditional music, dancing and atmosphere.

Really different experiences, since Cookes of Dublin is a quick serve/counter serve location adjacent to, operated by, and sharing the building with Raglan Road. It's adjacent to an outdoor patio bar area and has only a small amount of seating inside. Raglan Road is a full-service, table service restaurant with entertainment and a much more extensive menu.

I guess the question is: are they sharing kitchens/recipes for the fish and chips?

Cookes has its own kitchen, including a dedicated gluten-free fryer. I would not be surprised to learn that they share the F&C recipe, since both Cookes and Raglan Road emphasize the fact that they use a traditional Irish recipe.
