In an effort to really start eating healthier I am trying to cook healthier meals for my DH and I and I know fish can be a great addition to your diet. My problem is I have no idea how to cook it or where to start!! I consider myself a pretty good cook but am not as adventurous as I'd like which is probably why I've never attempted to cook fish. I have exactly one recipe involving seafood which we love but I'd really like to branch out. So tell me - do you have tried and true healthy recipes that involve fish? If so could you share them here including recipes and nutritional info if available? Additionally any special techniques you use or types of fish you enjoy? Thanks in advance!!
