I'm going to assume you mean "Fish Extenders". That's something that would be handled on your Cruise Meet Thread (if they have one organized).

Head over to the Cruise Board, Cruise Meets, and find your cruise (listed by year & ship) in the sticky. Then scroll down the list in the first post there to see if your particular meet has started:

You're not allowed to fish off the boat... so no need to pack your fish finder.
