Hi all. Is the fish extender exchanges still allowed onboard? I will be on a Halloween of the high seas 2022 cruise. Is there trick or treating on board? Can anyone tell me what special Halloween activities go on? Thanks all

Fish extenders aren't being allowed on the UK Staycation cruises, but no one knows if that same rule will apply once US cruises start up.

For an idea of activities they might have, take a look at old Navigators. Here's a link to one from October 2019:

Aw I hope they are allowed ok the US cruises. They were so fun on our last cruise. My granddaughter will be 6 so this time she would have a blast participating

I have a December 2021 cruise booked and there is a Fish Extender group. No one knows what the rules will be for American cruises later this fall, but there is little doubt that they'll be less restrictive than the summer cruises in Britain. And if you're looking at a cruise in fall 2022, that will probably have conditions virtually back to normal. No one really knows, though.

I'd imagine by Oct 2022 that we should be back to some sort of normalcy in terms of cruising. I hope fish extenders are back by then. In reality its all speculation until Disney decides if they're keeping the rule they have for the UK staycations for all US sailings as well. Time will tell.

Same with other activities on the boat. The Oct 2019 navigator is a great place to start, I also highly recommend looking on YouTube for Vlogs, usually you can type your ship and HOTHS or Halloween and I bet you'll find some! They go through day to day showing the different things available. Obviously things can change by Oct 2022 but it'll give you an idea

By 2022 it may be that things are "normal," or it may be that DCL decides not to allow FE at all and never lets them come back.
