I read Tiffany's instructions on how to make a Mickey Ear dowel rod holder, and although I have the knowledge to complete the task, I lack the tools.

DH made our Mickey heads for our dowel rod. I think I have extra materials for it. When he gets home tonight I can ask him if he will make you one. I can mail it to you or we can arrange a pick up.

I just received the FE I purchased from ebay in the mail. It is absolutely beautiful. It is made very well and the embroiderary is exceptional. It was a bit pricey at $30 but it was worth every penny. I will definetly be using it for future Disney cruises. I may even display it somewhere between cruises lol. Here are some photos.

The ebay seller I purchased it from personalizes it for you. Her ebay user ID is gradysmommy. If you do a search on ebay for fish extender it will only bring up a few. That's how I found hers. It really is very nicely made. It looks large in the photo but is only 8 inches wide.

It doesn't matter if your FE doesn't look professional. The whole idea is to have fun with it. The reason I purchased mine is because I cannot sew and am not crafty AT ALL. I got D's in art class no matter how hard I tried. Crafting is just not one of talents. Making a FE would not have been fun for me. It would have been beyond frustrating. All you would have heard was swearing and the sound of objects being thrown across the room. LOL
