Fish Extender help

Perhaps this is not the correct place to post this, but I just signed up for a Fish Extender exchange on a summer Disney cruise. Sounds fun, but the problem is that I need simple instructions to make the actual fish extender. Help if you can. Thanks.

I just booked an October 2010 cruise and I want to make one too! I was just going to wing it, but if someone has an easy way, I'd love to hear it too.
