I cannot thank all of you enough for the great information you provide!! This will be our first time staying on property and the first time we get a whole week for Disney!! How soon do you receive your travel documents from Disney? About 30 days out?

Actually, the DME yellow tags came with the WDW package voucher booklet and decorative luggage tags this year, so, unlike previous years, there's only one envelope this year.
For my package starting 11/27/12, they arrived 10/22/12 - 37 days out.
For my package starting 11/30/12, I'm at 33 days and still waiting.

I don't know what the situation would be for room only.
