We are planning our first visit to DL next month, travelling from UK and have booked three nights at the Hilton. We are thinking of buying two day tickets. Is this giving us enough time to see everything? Also, is the hotel within walking distance of the Parks?

The walk from the anaheim hilton is about 1 mile (1.6 km) so approximately 25-30
minutes to walk to the park entrance, or you could walk across harbor blvd to the toy
story parking lot and catch a shuttle to the parks, about an 8 minute walk.

If you can do three days in the parks, it will give you better chance of seeing
almost everything.

Thanks, we are limited to just the two days, but are planning two full days. Should we spend a full day in each park or Allow more time in one rather than the other?

Before Carsland I would say definitely give DCA a half day, but now I don't know. We're going for 5 days starting next Saturday (!) so I'll know better after that, but definitely spend your first day at Disneyland, the second at DCA and then if you've done everything you want there go back to Disneyland Park for the rest of the second day. I have a hard time spending less than 5 days ever, so I have a hard time giving newcomers advice on that short of a stay.

Two days is not nearly enough time to "see everything". But it's better than none! ;) Normally, I would say park hop but since you only have two days, you could get a two day non hopper (which I think they now offer) and save a little money. I haven't seen Carsland yet either but I can see it taking up a good portion of the day. Then you have things in DCA like TSMM, Screamin, Soarin, Aladdin, Animation Academy, Pixar Parade, WoC, and much more. There will be plenty to keep you busy all day in the DCA. That didn't use to be the case.

What are you looking the most forward to doing and or seeing? One can do much in two days, however for myself anyway I normally spend all of my time at Disneyland not DCA. In theory one day at DL and then one day at DCA could work I would imagine, but definitely start your day off early, by arriving at either park before opening, if you have MM use it and also utilize the fast pass system and SRL.

I hope that you and your family have an awesome flight to the US and magical time at the land.

~~ I love you Phil and you will forever be with me! Forever my very best and most special friend! I love you to no end. ~~

It also depends largely on how fast you can power through the parks. My family books it from one attraction to another and 2 days wasnt enough for us to see everything. And as someone else said, that was before Carsland...
