Would you recommend using one day of our park passes to visit Epcot with a three year old? I have heard that there is not a lot for toddlers. Would it be better to use that pass for an extra day at MK or Hollywood Studios?

I can't speak for Future World as we have never been to that part of EPCOT but my 2.5 year old LOVED World Showcase. He wanted to ride the Mexican boat ride with Donald 3 times. He enjoyed walking around and seeing all of the music acts going on as well.

My 5 and 3 year old love Epcot. They like Nemo, Journey into Imagination, the jumping fountain, Living with the Land, some of the things in Innoventions, Character spot, and my 5 year old loves Soarin. In world showcase they love the boat ride in Mexico and Maelstrom. There are also many character greetings along the way through World Showcase we stop at. They also like just looking in the different shops and coloring their Duffy on a stick at the Kidcot stops along the way.

If they are tall enough (40 in) to ride TT and Soarin, I think it's definitely worth it. My 3-year old got to ride them for the first time in March and loved it! Strangely enough he was too scared to do any of the other rides, but it was worth it for him just to do those. Plus, Character Spot is great, as is Innoventions.

My DD(8) has loved EPCOT since she was 2. It is by far her favorite park after MK. Nemo ride, Aquarium area, Turtle Talk with Crush, Living with the Land, the Donald Duck boat ride in Mexico, Princesses all over World showcase, other characters, bands, jugglers, drummers, acrobats, one of her absolute favorite restaurants, Biergarten (a German band and dance floor), and more. We had 2 WDW trips when she was 3, and we actually spent 2 days there both times she liked it so much.

DS was 2.5 when he went the first time. We all enjoyed it.

AM - Future World with Nemo, Spaceship Earth, Character Spot
Afternoon - Walked the countries trying to a stamp for his mask (now Duffy), rode the Mexico rider again and again (still one of his favorites), spent a lot of time in Germany with the trains.
PM - Spent most of his time in the stroller (a must have) then fell asleep during Illuminations

The best thing about EPCOT and a toddler is the stroller - there is so much for them to see and you can enjoy it too.

Have fun!

My 3 year old LOVES Epcot. He gets so excited as soon as he sees the giant Epcot ball at the entrance. We actually have a very full day with him and the kids there. On our last trip it was:

Rides
Living Seas with Nemo (The ride and then the entire Aquarium)
Turtle Talk with Crush
Living with the Land
Journey into Imagination with Figment
Test Track
Mexico boat ride (With Donald)
Innoventions (which is really just like a kid's museum at this point)
Spaceship Earth

Several Character Meet N Greets
Donald Duck in Mexico
Cinderella
Prince Charming
Tinkerbelle
Mary Poppins

Honestly, I think Epcot can be just as much fun for the kids as MK. I know some people disagree on here, but I think Epcot needs only one or two more things to make it an unbelievable park. My cousin, who has not been to Epcot since we were in middle school, and her six year old daughter were with us and my cousin was shocked at how much more fun the park seemed for kids than when we were younger.
