First Visit Design For Infant T-shirt

I was wondering if anyone could make a first visit infant (he will just be one year old) t-shirt design for my soon be nephew. I wanted to make a shirt for him for our wedding welcome bags.

Im looking for something cute... A Mickey design... with the name Jacob... and says something about first visit to Disney.
